Agile Course Details & Agenda
The course syllabus is aligned to the APM, IPMA and PMI bodies of knowledge, which ensures we offer a balanced view across best practice Agile project management.
The course itself is delivered using Agile principles, enabling delegates to live the process, providing a ground breaking training experience.
At the end of Day-2 delegates sit a 45-minute multiple-choice examination. Successful candidates are awarded a Wellingtone Accredible certificate recognising their achievements.
We were looking for a course which demystified agile for projects and helped us to determine how and when agile approaches might be suitable for our business. This debunked a few myths for us and left us with lots of food for thought about when agile is and isn’t appropriate for our work.
The course was very engaging and brought Agile to life. It gave me a great insight into the PMO – I had not considered their roles in detail before. It will definitely help me to work more closely with them.
The facilitators were incredibly knowledgeable and really help to bring the theories of Agile to life through practical examples, many of which can relate to your individual sectors of work.
This course showcased pure Agile and through your commentary delved into difficult decisions required to take a hybrid approach.
I really enjoyed the course.
