APM PFQ Course Summary
The two-day APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) provides a fundamental foundation on the principles of best practice project management and provides the quickest route to your first formally recognised professional project management qualification. This course is ideal for organisations looking to add knowledge within project teams and increase the success rate of projects.
The course content is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge. We are also passionate about the practical application of best practice, our course will therefore emphasise how you can apply APM best practice in real-world situations to improve your chances of project success.
You will complete a wide range of practical exercises using your own project or if you prefer we can provide an example scenario. We will also give you a suite of MS Word-based document templates and our Project Managers Toolkit; an MS Excel-based suite of practical logs.
