Our Change Management Practitioner course has been designed to address the growing need for Project Managers and PMO teams to bring practical best practice change management principles to project & programme delivery.
Change Management best practice is recognised as a critical element for project success and transformation change. This training course is for project and programme management professionals and PMO practitioners alike, and those who have a keen interest in understanding change management in the delivery context, and those delivering initiatives that impact people.
Those undertaking this course will learn and be confident applying best practice change management principles with their own change management plan created using the exercises during the course.
Change Management Course Details & Agenda
The course is aligned to APM, IPMA and PMI bodies of knowledge ensuring a balanced view of what change management is, and practical applicability to the many challenges facing those trying to manage change in the real world.
At the end of the day, delegates sit a 60-minute multiple-choice examination. Successful candidates are awarded a Wellingtone Accredible certificate recognising their achievements.
The course helps to creates structure and learn how to adapt to ensure success and ability to being able to adjust to unexpected events.

The course presented a number of ideas and approaches that I had previously not considered or been aware of with respect to Change. It will be really useful to apply this knowledge to any size change in any situation going forward. If I had to take the reigns and implement a change I would start from a much stronger foundation now.
