May celebrates various things, including Star Wars, teachers, PMO, Doughnuts, mental health, and learning at work.

At Wellingtone, we are passionate about many of these things, including, and arguably most importantly, listening to your community. In January, we were astonished at our highest-ever attendance (non-conference) networking event focused on change management, which hosted 180+ individuals from different disciplines in project management.

Findings from the Change Management Networking event

At the time, those who attended discussed and demonstrated that there are deficits in all four elements that we need to land change successfully in our organisations. See the chart below.

Deficit of elements in change management

With such a balance of gaps being shown, the Wellingtone Change Ninjas got together to define a way to continue the conversation and give our community practical advice on alleviating some of the problems experienced across all industries.

Change Management Events

This series of events is designed to break down the four elements of change so that real focus can be put on each area, allowing insights, techniques, tools, and experiences to be discussed.

Therefore, the month of May is being fully utilised to bring the four elements of change to life, allowing you to join all of them or just the ones you particularly struggle with. This culminates in a panel discussion led by questions from the network to explore the nuances and individual questions.
