Training Material

This course is delivered by a live trainer in a virtual classroom. Training material packs will be delivered individually to all delegates prior to training.

No pre-reading is required for this course, all topics in the exam are covered throughout the course.



The APM Accredited Change Management Practitioner course has been designed to address the growing need for Project Managers and PMO teams to bring change management principles and best practice to their delivery processes. 

This course is for project and programme management professionals and PMO practitioners alike, and also those who have a keen interest in understanding change management in the delivery context, and those who are delivering initiatives that impact people. The course assumes that delegates have a working knowledge of project management.

Assessment and Certification

At the end of the day, delegates sit for a 60-minute multiple-choice examination. Successful candidates are awarded a Wellingtone certificate recognising their achievements. There will be a week to sit the exam using our online portal.

This course is Authored by Wellingtone and is exclusively the only Change Management training course Accredited by the APM.

What if I can’t attend the public course I booked?

You can cancel anytime up to 28 days before the course and request a full refund. More than 14 days before your course date you can postpone to a future date without charge. Sorry, but no-shows or cancellations within 14 days are not entitled to a refund as it’s too late for us to fill your space.
