The APM Accredited Agile Project Management training course has been designed to address the growing need for Project Managers and PMO teams to bring some Agile practice to their delivery processes, but without working 100% in the Agile world.

The Wellingtone Agile for PPM Professionals course is for project, programme management professionals and PMO Professionals alike, those who have a keen interest in understanding Agile ways of working and how to apply them to their day-to-day in waterfall or hybrid environments, and even for Sponsors looking to identify, adopt and champion more Agile ways of working. The course does assume delegates will have a working knowledge of project management.

For Professionals, by Professionals.
