MASTERCLASS | Using Agile Ceremonies in Your Day-to-Day Work
4 Jun @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm BST
About this masterclass
Agile is more than a delivery method. It is a mindset that helps individuals and teams respond to change, collaborate effectively, and continuously improve. While it is often linked to IT and software development, Agile principles can be applied in any environment where people are working together to deliver outcomes.
In this interactive masterclass, Helen and Emma will bring key Agile ceremonies to life and explore how they can be used in everyday work. Through practical examples and discussion, you will see how simple, structured routines can improve focus, communication, and delivery, helping you strengthen your project management approach and deliver greater value.
