Simon Parsons is an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach with a proven record of delivering impactful business change. With over 25 years of military service, including his ongoing role as a Reservist Officer, Simon brings discipline, resilience, and strategic insight to his work. Specialising in project and change management, leadership development, and training delivery, Simon has supported clients across both the public and private sector. He thrives in multi-stakeholder environments, building strong relationships quickly and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Helen Digger
Helen Digger has 20 years’ experience of managing projects and programmes in dynamic environments. She brings the practical experience of applying training to real life scenarios, creating bespoke learning for project and programme managers at all levels, from those just starting out to those with years of experience. Helen is passionate about project management and is accredited in APM, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Change Management, AgilePM and Lean Six Sigma as well as being a TAP Certified L&D Practitioner, Mentor and Volunteer for the APM.
