Baz Khinda is Commercial Director at Wellingtone and has been working in project and portfolio management since 2005. Over the past two decades, he has helped organisations across the public and private sectors improve project delivery, strengthen PMOs, and increase portfolio maturity.

As an extended member of the Microsoft team, Baz works closely with Microsoft and enterprise customers to address project and portfolio management challenges. A regular conference speaker and recognised PMO thought leader, he is passionate about helping organisations maximise the value of Microsoft technologies and modernise their approach to project delivery.
