Meet the Presenters
Emma Arnaz-Pemberton
Emma–Ruth is the Director of Consulting Services at Wellingtone and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM). She is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM), lead of their PMO Interest Network, a member of the IPMA Standards Committee, an Axelos P3M3 Assessor, and an NLP Master Practitioner practicing life and professional coaching with a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology.
Emma-Ruth is a PMO, PPM specialist with extensive experience in the change management industry with a particular focus on collaboration, reminding us that we should be human first and change champions second.
Rachel Huitson-Bonde
A civil servant for twenty-nine years, Rachel has spent the last four years working in benefits management and business case production. Working across the organisation, Rachel has provided critical support to those holding the pen on investment proposals, ensuring erudite submissions are considered through relevant governance, and all identified benefits are strategically aligned, measurable and achievable. Rachel is co-lead on the ‘BenEvalEvol’ initiative with colleague Vickie Whitelegg.
Outside of work, Rachel fully embraces geekdom through a love of Star Trek, cats, and driving steam trains on preservation railways!
Vickie Whitelegg
A social researcher specialising in theory-based evaluation and qualitative analysis. Vickie has worked for the Covid Infection Survey, population statistics and the ONS Central Evaluation Function. Her work includes supporting the development of monitoring and evaluation plans for key ONS programmes and facilitating Theory of Change workshops across ONS. Vickie delivers the Evaluation Taskforce sponsored Evaluation Academy training course. She currently leads benefits management for the Census 31 programme working alongside evaluation colleagues to deliver an evaluation-led benefits model. Vickie co-leads the ‘BenEvalEvol’ initiative from a programme perspective with Rachel Huitson-Bonde
Outside of work, Vickie has been a Samaritan listening volunteer for over 10 years both as director of her local branch and for Festival Samaritans.
