James Evans

James Evans is an accomplished PMO Leader with extensive experience managing complex projects and programs within the healthcare sector. With a proven track record of turning strategy into successful delivery, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field. Accredited in APM, PRINCE2, MSP, and AgilePM, he is well-versed in a variety of project management methodologies and Improvement Science, ensuring efficient and effective project execution and continuous improvement in healthcare settings. James is also a dedicated mentor and volunteer with the Association for Project Management (APM), sharing his insights and supporting the next generation of project management professionals.

Emma Arnaz-Pemberton - Director of Consulting Services

Emma Arnaz-Pemberton

Emma is the Director of Consulting Services at Wellingtone. A Fellow of the Association for Project Management, a member of PMI UK and Spain Chapters, and an Axelos P3M3 Assessor, Emma is a PMO, Project, Programme and Portfolio specialist with extensive experience in the change management industry and a particular focus on collaboration, reminding us that we should be human first and change champions second.

She is extensively involved with several organisations, notably the Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, Project Management Without Borders, International Project Management Association, Project Managers Against Poverty, and PM4Change.
