Each PMO changes from one company to another, one size doesn’t fit all. The PMO team can offer different services to its customers in order to add value regardless of the situation in which the PMO is at that time. Hence, everyone has their own definition of what a PMO is, and a personal point of view.
At Wellingtone we have decided to start from the bottom so that you understand what PMO is, how we need emotional intelligence to work on these teams, explore what are the typical services, and, in addition, it will teach you industry data to help you understand how it changes our reality. Do not miss the next webinar of the PMO Academy 101 series .
This session will be taught in Spanish.
