We configure and install this plugin securely in your M365 tenant so you can immediately start benefiting from advanced programme management capabilities.

Programme Managers are provided with a centralised view of related projects, enabling improved visibility of schedules, risks, issues, decisions, changes and delivery performance across the programme lifecycle. Integrated governance workflows support stage-based delivery approaches and help ensure strategic alignment, benefit realisation and effective control throughout programme delivery.

The Programme Management Plugin integrates with your existing Accelerator+ capabilities, including:

Benefit from programme-level status reporting, including a dedicated Programme Highlight Report to support executive reporting and portfolio oversight. Using Microsoft Planner Premium functionality, Programme Managers can create and manage high-level programme schedules directly within the  Accelerator+. This provides a clear view of programme delivery activity while maintaining alignment with underlying project schedules.

The plugin extends the Accelerator+ risk and issue management capabilities to programme level. Programme Managers can capture, monitor and track active risks and issues across the programme, helping leadership teams assess exposure, prioritise mitigation activity and improve governance oversight.

Dedicated views provide visibility of escalated project risks & issues too, supporting proactive decision-making and improved control.
