How it works
Our Training Delivery Approach
Our customised project management courses focus on practical tools & techniques and are rich in exercises, discussion and techniques delegates can immediately apply. Exercises typically use delegates own project experience to bring the content to life.
Courses are delivered remote live using MS Teams or Zoom as well as face-to-face. Remote live delegates receive the Wellingtone Training Pack via DPD courier direct to their preferred address. We come to you for face-to-face courses. Both methods work great.
Many clients look to include an APM qualification with 2-day courses incorporating the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and 5-day courses incorporating the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ). We administer and invigilate the exams, all of which are undertaken online.

Incorporate APM Qualifications

We are an APM Accredited Training Provider. Our clients typically like to include formal APM qualification as part of customised training to their Project Managers.
APM Project Fundamentals Qualification
PFQ provides a great introduction to best practice and the APM Body of Knowledge. Delegates sit a 1-hour multiple choice exam at the end of this course (typically 2-days). This is a popular option for many clients, customised to align with their PPM Delivery Framework.
APM Project Management Qualification
PMQ provides a comprehensive explanation of best practice and the APM Body of Knowledge. Delegates sit a 3-hour exam at the end of a 5-day course. This is the professional “blue ribbon” qualification for Project Managers.
