Wellingtone already made extensive use of remote working technology, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office365, before the tragedy of COVID-19 took hold.
We, therefore, continue to provide all of our services as normal during these challenging times. We have carefully modified training material for remote delivery. We have also adjusted our workshop style and approach for online participants.
We continue to implement the Microsoft PPM platform for clients. This includes Microsoft Project Online and Project for the Web wherever participants may be located. Workshops, configuration, testing and training are all successfully completed remotely managed by our Project Leads.
Delegates undertaking training can receive hard copy training material direct by post to their home ahead of courses and where necessary we make use of additional technology options including Zoom.
Our wider range of consulting services have also been adapted for remote working. This includes undertaking PPM, PMO and P3M3 maturity assessment and developing PPM methodology & governance.
We are now delivering more webinar and online content and hope this provides useful reference for those of you undertaking research or personal development during these challenging times.
